Seven common conditions, treated here without a GP appointment.
Our pharmacists can assess you in the consultation room and, where clinically appropriate, supply NHS treatment including some prescription-only medicines. Just walk in, or your GP practice or NHS 111 can refer you to us.

Good to know before you visit
Do I need an appointment to see the pharmacist?
No. You can walk in for advice or a Pharmacy First consultation during opening hours. For private clinics such as earwax removal or travel vaccinations, booking online guarantees your time.
What is Pharmacy First?
An NHS service that lets pharmacists assess and treat seven common conditions: sinusitis, sore throat, earache, infected insect bites, impetigo, shingles and uncomplicated urinary tract infections in women.
Can you manage my repeat prescriptions?
Yes. Nominate The Olde Pharmacy as your pharmacy and we will receive your NHS prescriptions electronically, prepare them and let you know when they are ready to collect.
How much do private services cost?
Each private service shows its price before you book, and our team will confirm the cost again before any treatment starts.
Is there somewhere private to talk?
Yes. We have a private consultation room for clinics, vaccinations and any conversation you would rather not have at the counter.
